I’ve spent the last 28 years piecing together my life experiences, education, and insights to create something bigger than myself. Growing up around my grandmother, who was a foster mother, I saw firsthand how children in care often weren’t given the guidance, support, or tools they deserved. I watched the world put them in boxes, leave them under-appreciated, and expect them to navigate life without a map.

That’s why I created the Clarity Activation Program (CAP) — a trauma-informed mentorship program for high schoolers from Black and brown communities, particularly those who are underrepresented or coming from group homes. CAP isn’t therapy. It isn’t about processing trauma. It’s a safe container, a space to explore, grow, and take actionable steps toward becoming the adults these students were always capable of being.

What CAP Does

CAP focuses on five core pillars:

  • Creativity – helping students find their voice and own it

  • Self-Awareness – understanding patterns, triggers, and emotional cycles

  • Wellness & Emotional Regulation – building skills to pause, reflect, and respond

  • Financial Literacy – understanding money as a tool for freedom and independence

  • Decision-Making & Discernment – learning foresight and aligning choices with their goals

The program is built on the Prophetic UX™ Framework, my structured clarity-to-action methodology, which guides students from self-discovery to aligned action. Each week, students engage in group sessions, and each student receives weekly individual check-ins to ensure accountability, clarity, and momentum.

Why This Matters

Our youth don’t have to wait to learn life the hard way. These are the formative years, where guidance can shape their paths and empower them to make decisions confidently. CAP gives students a fast-track way to discover their strengths, passions, and leadership potential and leave ready to navigate the world with clarity and purpose.

Pilot Program

Our first pilot cohort will include 5 students, ages 13–17, over six weeks. Students will leave with:

  • A Certificate of Completion

  • A Personalized Growth Summary

  • 3 Leadership Commitments to guide them in the coming months

  • A CAP merchandise item to celebrate their journey

This pilot is the foundation. It will allow us to refine the curriculum, gather meaningful data, and eventually bring CAP to group homes in the U.S. and later, Haiti, a place close to my heart, where I hope to empower youth to strengthen their communities while embracing their resilience and culture.

I’m currently looking for collaborators — instructional designers, mentors, advisors, and specialists who want to help me create something life-changing for these students. If you’re passionate about youth empowerment, education, or making an actual impact, I’d love to hear from you.

This is more than a program. It’s a calling, a vision, and a movement to give youth the tools, confidence, and clarity they deserve. Together, we can help them discover what’s always been inside of them.

Let’s make this real.
